I have digestive problems
We very often receive worrying signals from the digestive tract.
The most common problems are constipation, diarrhoea, pain after eating, reflux, bloating, a heavy feeling after meals and others. Symptoms like these may indicate that something is harming us or that we do not tolerate something. It is therefore worth analysing the symptoms carefully, identifying the problem and then setting up an effective dietary care programme to make everyday life more comfortable. The right way of eating can change a great deal.
The support package includes:
- a detailed analysis and assessment of your current weight and body composition
- an analysis and assessment of eating behaviours and lifestyle that may affect your current digestive problems
- a detailed analysis and assessment of the intake of several dozen nutrients in your diet, with an extensive written report
- a detailed health interview to set additional dietary recommendations that help minimise the troublesome problem
- referral for appropriate laboratory tests for a more detailed diagnosis
- a detailed nutrition plan with a set of daily menus (a separate one for each day of therapy). The plan is closely matched to the current problem, the goal, your health, taste preferences, cooking skills and so on. It includes all portion weights and preparation instructions.
- a detailed shopping list that makes the diet easier to follow
- a list of special therapeutic tasks
- additional dietary and lifestyle recommendations that help make everyday life more comfortable
- guidance on possible physical activity
